Responsibilities

• Follow care plan for daily tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification in CNA, PCA, or HHA, or eligibility
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written care plans
• Reliable and flexible schedule
• Willingness to complete required training
