Head of Warehousing & Distribution

Lead warehousing, inventory control, and distribution across sites. Ensure safe storage, movement, and fulfillment of materials and finished goods. Oversee warehouse managers and drive continuous improvement and safety. Develop and execute warehousing and distribution strategy aligned to Supply Planning vision. Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics for end-to-end alignment. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field; Master’s preferred. 10+ years in warehouse/distribution/logistics leadership. Proven multi-site warehousing leadership with measurable improvements. Experience implementing WMS, TMS, and automation technologies. Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
