Define and own AI enablement roadmap aligned with OKRs. Embed AI into iHerb's operating model across functions. Scale AI initiatives from pilots to production. Build an AI Enablement function and Center of Excellence. Champion AI tool adoption across Marketing, Ops, CS, Finance. Identify high-value AI use cases with measurable ROI. Proven track record of driving AI or digital transformation at scale. Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics. Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership. Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business impact. High accuracy and attention to detail.
