Head of Accounting, Corporate Controller

Lead the accounting org, setting strategy, cadence, and performance. Own monthly, quarterly, annual close with GAAP-compliant statements. Establish strong controls, policies, and procedures for audit readiness. Advise CFO/executives on financial results, risks, and controls. Lead external audits with auditors/advisors for timely deliverables. Ensure timely, accurate tax and compliance reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with CPA. 12–15+ years progressive accounting, incl. 5+ years leading teams. Deep knowledge of US GAAP, financial statement prep, controls. Experience building scalable accounting processes and audit readiness. Experience in aerospace/defense or similar complex programs. Experience with cost accounting, inventory, and long-cycle programs. Equity compensation included in total pay. Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401k plan.
