The Autonomy Development Hardware Lead will own the ATK hardware system from architecture through integration and reliability. This role involves setting a clear technical vision for the engineering project team while leading comprehensive system-level design reviews and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead system-level design reviews and verification planning.
  • Drive development cycles, including risk mitigation and rapid prototyping.
  • Mentor the hardware team and align efforts with PM, Program, Sales, Ops, and Manufacturing.
  • Collaborate across various disciplines including mechanical, electrical, software, and autonomy.
  • Support production with a focus on system-level design for vehicle electrical systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading integrated hardware teams.
  • Experience with hydraulics, electromechanical assemblies, and vehicle controls.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or CAD for designing parts and assemblies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Background in startup or small companies with a focus on adaptability.
