Global Services Revenue Operations Manager

Job Overview

As the Senior Manager of Global Services Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for owning and managing the revenue operations process from end to end across the O2C lifecycle. This role involves leading a team of revenue analysts, providing guidance on best practices in billings, revenue, and operations, overseeing month-end close activities, SOW reviews, and invoicing, and driving process excellence through documentation and standardization. You will also be instrumental in identifying and implementing automation tools to streamline manual efforts.

Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 7+ years in revenue operations, accounting, finance, or related role
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong learning agility
• Systems-savvy with experience in system implementations
