Global Payroll Implementation Specialist EMEA/LATAM

Lead end-to-end payroll implementation for new customers. Gather data and configure Remote's Global Payroll per entity. Manage parallel payroll runs and wage tax reconciliation. Verify payroll setups meet statutory regulations. Coordinate Go-Live and handover to Payroll Operations. Several years of global payroll implementation experience with tax regulations and payroll processing. Technical setup of global payroll on local software. End-to-end payroll, PEO and HR process knowledge. Excellent data management and high accuracy; proficient in Google Sheets or Excel. Able to manage multiple projects with stakeholders; autonomous and proactive. English fluent; asynchronous work style; remote work a plus; familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Monday.com, Salesforce. Work from anywhere.
