As the General Manager for Deutschland, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a market entry strategy for Dandy Germany. Your role will involve building an initial customer base, setting budget, revenue goals, and KPIs in the business plan, implementing localized marketing and sales strategies, reporting market performance to global leadership, establishing key business relationships with partners and customers, and leveraging at least 7 years of leadership experience with an entrepreneurial mindset, ability to act autonomously, resilience in the face of uncertainties and changes, results-driven with accountability, past successes in market launches or business area scaling, and proficient in both German and English languages.
