FP&A Systems Lead

Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Abacum for Finance planning, reporting, forecasting. Integrate data from NetSuite, Snowflake, HRIS, CRM, and billing into Abacum. Build dashboards and planning templates in Abacum for Finance and cross-functional teams. Lead intake, coordination, and execution of multiple cross-functional projects. Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting to align data definitions and reporting across systems. Support rollout of Abacum spaces and dashboards for business partners, ensuring accuracy. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field 8+ years of FP&A, Finance Systems, or related roles within a SaaS or technology company Hands-on FP&A tools experience (Abacum preferred; Pigment/Anaplan/Adaptive) Familiarity with ERP (Intacct/NetSuite) and data warehouses (Snowflake) Basic understanding of integrations, data flows, and planning processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
