Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer

Support and operate Palantir software: monitoring, alerting, config, upgrades. Deploy Palantir products at customer sites and migrate to newer infra types. Debug, improve, and optimize services for reliability and scalability. Automate workflows and runbooks to reduce manual ops. Troubleshoot production issues; ensure timely resolution; on-call. Develop solutions in Foundry and Apollo to solve infra challenges. Engineering background; CS/Math/SE/Physics/Data Science preferred. Proficient in Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
