Footwear Product Developer

Job Overview

Manage the product development process from concept to commercialization. Partner with Design to use leather, suede, textiles, and trims. Develop footwear styles and meet pricing targets; test for performance. Own BOMs, costing, and development timelines in PLM. Track samples and seasonal development to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with Product Integrity to ensure testing standards for buy readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development process from concept to commercialization
• Partner with Design to utilize premium materials such as leather, suede, textiles, and trims
• Develop footwear styles meeting pricing targets and conduct performance testing
• Own BOMs, costing, and development timelines in PLM
• Track samples and seasonal development for on-time delivery

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of footwear development experience
• Strong understanding of footwear construction and testing
• Experience with premium materials: leather, suede, textiles
• Fit sessions and wear testing experience, women's footwear valued
• AA/BA in Fashion, Product Development, Footwear, or related
• Prior footwear PLM experience
