Fire Protection Engineer Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Associate in Fire Protection Engineering to perform professional-level engineering services under supervision. This role involves assisting in the design and implementation of fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, and contributing to the safety of buildings and environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional-level fire protection engineering services under supervision.
• Develop plans, specifications, and inspection reports for assigned tasks.
• Assist in resolving design problems through field investigations and coordination.
• Identify applicable codes and standards for inquiries.
• Conduct analyses related to building codes, egress, fire detection, and smoke control.
• Apply calculations for size, means of egress, and sprinkler water supplies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.S. in Fire Protection, Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Passion for safety and exceeding client expectations.
• Willingness to pursue professional licensure with employer support.
