Finance Director Controllership

The Director of Finance, Controllership is responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and leading finance transformation initiatives. This role demands strong leadership in managing the month-end close, consolidations, and the year-end audit process while fostering a robust control culture to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close processes.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Assess the impact of new accounting standards and regulatory changes.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives including new policies, controls, and ERP systems.
• Promote a strong control culture to support growth.
• Manage post-acquisition integrations and ERP migrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CPA designation is required.
• 10+ years of experience in finance/accounting with a focus on US GAAP.
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with executives.
