Field Operations Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Field Operations Engineer to serve as a vital technical resource for our customers utilizing the Dragos Platform in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT). This role involves leading deployments, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead standard and moderately complex deployments both onsite and remotely.
• Troubleshoot platform, networking, and integration issues.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and configuration changes; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Intelligence, Services, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
• Refine deployment methodologies and maintain clear technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, IT, networking, or cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of ICS/OT environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals (IP, OSI, Purdue model).
• Proficiency in Linux CLI and scripting with Python or Shell.
• Experience with on-premise or cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with SIEM technologies and Elasticsearch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
