As the Export Control Manager, you will be responsible for defining, documenting, and maintaining export-control processes in compliance with various regulatory standards. You will lead cross-functional export-control programs and embed necessary controls into workflows. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing for third-party assessments and certification.

Responsibilities
  • Define and document export-control processes per EAR/ITAR/FAR/DFARS
  • Lead cross-functional export-control programs
  • Embed NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS controls into workflows
  • Prepare for third-party assessments and CMMC certification
  • Conduct internal audits, gap analyses, and risk assessments
  • Develop and maintain government documents (SSPs, POA&Ms, policies)
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 4+ years in process engineering, PM, or compliance leadership in regulated industries
  • Direct experience with U.S. government contracts under FAR/DFARS
  • Experience implementing NIST SP 800-171 controls
  • Experience enabling CMMC certification (Level 1–3)
  • Knowledge of DFARS cyber clauses (252.204-7012/7019/7020/7021)
