Electrical Systems Manager

Manager position for defining and architecting HV/LV power systems with safety and grounding. Development of subsystem requirements for inverters, rectifiers, generators, and actuators. Leading power system modeling activities including HV ripple, protection, transient, and thermal aspects. Managing supplier engagements, driving cross-functional system integration, and V&V planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years in electrical system design for EV/aerospace
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience with Polarion or DOORS
• MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, LTspice experience
