Ecological Restoration Operator II

Lead restoration field activities across multiple project sites. Operate a wide variety of equipment in ecological settings. Mentor crew members and grow into leadership roles. Work outdoors on wetlands, streams, forests, and prairies. Ensure safety and adherence to project plans. Track hours and coordinate next-day crew/material needs. High school diploma or GED 3+ years ecological restoration experience 2+ years operating construction/restoration equipment Commercial Pesticide Applicator License in appropriate categories Strong understanding of project plans and specifications Ability to lift 50 lbs, walk on uneven ground, and climb onto equipment Outdoor, hands-on restoration work Mentorship and leadership growth opportunities Mission-driven, safety-focused team Diverse field sites across wetlands, streams, forests, and prairies
