Be reliable during live dispatch events; analyze situations and coach via calls. Provide real-time coaching for grid emergencies with actionable guidance. Monitor real-time load curtailment; flag underperforming sites and diagnose issues. Develop expertise on North America demand response programs for customers and teams. Proficiency with Python, Redash, SQL, Salesforce, and Google Sheets. Comfort with live dispatch events and rapid problem-solving. Strong analytical, communication, and coaching abilities. Self-starter; proactive learner and team contributor. Interest in energy operations and North America demand response programs. All-remote role with meaningful energy impact.
