Director, Product Management Onboarding & Activations

Lead onboarding and activation strategy for enterprise deployments. Own platform architecture for scalable identity-first deployments. Drive IdP integration, provisioning, device trust, and auth workflows. Partner with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps. Define activation milestones tied to user/admin activity and deployment maturity. 10+ years in Product Management or related field. 3+ years leading PM teams in enterprise B2B SaaS. Identity, authentication, or directory-integrated systems expertise. Proven track record partnering with engineering on platform architecture decisions. Experience supporting enterprise deployments involving complex IdP configurations. Experience with LLMs or generative AI platforms.
