Director of Implementation, Enterprise and Commercial

Lead a team of implementers to ensure pilot success, satisfaction, and activation. Own high-impact enterprise implementations; set the standard for execution. Manage risks across the implementation portfolio through coaching and intervention. Hire, onboard, and develop implementers on your team. Collaborate with Area Director to translate strategy into segment execution. Foster a culture of belonging and high performance within your team. 7+ years in project execution or software implementations; 2+ years people management. Experience deploying scalable implementation strategies for the Commercial segment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clinicians and stakeholders. Strong technical aptitude; dive deep into integrations to guide the team. Extremely organized; manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
