  • Become a BRUNT product expert to guide customer choices.
  • Help improve policies by providing feedback to managers.
  • Support continuous improvement with cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service (retail, call center, or remote).
  • Proven ability to deliver great experiences with timely SLA-driven responses.
  • Resolve customer issues with composure and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with Shopify, Loop, Aircall and Gorgias.
  • Excellent organizational skills; multitask and prioritize.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
  • Positive attitude and ownership of tasks.
