The Cultivation Associate plays a vital role in supporting the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest. This position requires a strong attention to detail and reliability, as associates will be involved in daily plant care and monitoring of ideal growing conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily plant care tasks such as cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, and pruning.
  • Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain optimal growing conditions.
  • Inspect plants for health, bloom size, pests, or disease, and remove nonconforming plants.
  • Assist with harvest activities including cutting, trimming, weighing, and inventory management.
  • Support the curing process through hanging, dry-racking, climate monitoring, labeling, and tracking inventory data.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience in harvesting plants in professional or home settings.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Capability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Knowledge of growing technologies including lighting, irrigation, soil, and nutrients.
