Corporate Quality Manager

Lead and maintain the corporate QMS; manage docs, deviations, CAPAs, and change control. Ensure products meet FDA, ISO, and internal quality standards. Collaborate with Product Dev, Operations, Regulatory, and suppliers. Oversee change control, traceability, risk mgmt, and training programs. Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality across lifecycle. Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years in QA, QC, or quality systems in cosmetics/OTC. 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Experience with contract manufacturers and global suppliers. Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 22716, and cGMP. Experience with electronic QMS (eQMS) and quality investigations. Medical, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) with Squatch matching.
