Construction Specialist Temp

The Construction Specialist (Temp) role involves reviewing inspection data, scopes, and budgets for accuracy, developing detailed scopes of work, and managing active turn and renovation projects. This position requires strong communication skills with vendor partners and stakeholders while ensuring alignment between scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Review inspection data, scopes, and budgets for accuracy.
• Develop detailed scopes of work aligned with standards and pricing.
• Manage active turn and renovation projects; monitor progress.
• Analyze video or photo inspections to support remote estimation.
• Communicate daily with vendor partners and operations stakeholders.
• Review and approve change orders ensuring scope and budget alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction/renovation (SFR turns preferred).
• Strong ability to write, review, and negotiate scopes of work and budgets.
• Deep understanding of construction practices, pricing, and inspection procedures.
• Experience analyzing video/photo inspections to develop remote scopes.
• Excellent communication with vendor partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with NavigateAI, SiteCapture, RenoWalk, BuilderTrend, Procore.
