Compliance Associate Role

We are seeking a Compliance Associate to own METRC operations across NorCal, SoCal, NV, and NY, including managing manifests and transfers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cannabis compliance and a deep understanding of METRC operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own METRC operations including manifests and transfers.
• Reconcile METRC inventory with physical stock and WMS; investigate variances.
• Resolve METRC errors in real-time; coordinate corrections with warehouse and CX teams.
• Maintain METRC hierarchies such as tags, strains, lab results, and waste entries.
• Process transfers, receiving, adjustments, and destruction events in METRC on time.
• Serve as METRC Subject Matter Expert (SME) and first-line support for warehouse and CX teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of cannabis compliance experience in a licensed operation; multi-state preferred.
• Deep proficiency in METRC, including running manifests and reconciling packages.
• Knowledge of CA DCC distribution regulations; NV CCB / NY OCM knowledge is a strong plus.
• Experience with state license renewals, regulatory filings, and facility reporting.
• Experience supporting or leading state regulatory inspections.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
