As the Head of Coda Sales within Superhuman's commercial business unit, you will spearhead the sales organization, developing strategies to drive revenue and growth. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, bookings, and customer expansion across small to enterprise-level accounts. As a key member of the Coda business unit leadership team, you will act as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), contributing to the overall direction and success of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Coda sales organization and develop scalable go-to-market processes.
  • Engage with enterprise-level clients, including C-suite stakeholders, to drive sales.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and bookings for senior leadership.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top Account Executive talent for the Coda team.
  • Implement effective coaching and training programs utilizing methodologies such as MEDDIC and MEDPICC.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7–12 years of experience in SaaS sales, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership, particularly in land-and-expand strategies.
  • Experience in matrixed and multi-product selling environments.
  • Expertise in managing enterprise sales cycles with VP and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and data-driven pipeline management.
