Responsibilities

• Educate clinical staff and oversee nurse residency
• Lead field staff to deliver client care per policies and quality standards
• Visit clients at home and supervise field clinicians
• Oversee internal case management and staff development
• Assist in-home assessments and care planning with clinical insight

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years RN or LPN hands-on experience
• At least 1 year management or pediatric nursing experience
• BSN/MSN preferred
• Trach/vent/tube experience in home health care preferred
• Child Abuse Clearance where applicable
