Clinical Logistics Manager

Job Overview

As a Clinical Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining qualified shipping lanes for both domestic and international shipments of cell and gene therapies. You will also manage specialty couriers, define temperature profiles, packaging, and routing guides, and establish contingency lanes for high-risk countries. Additionally, you will coordinate bulk shipments between manufacturing, packaging, and depots, as well as prepare all necessary customs documents for international shipments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biotech/Pharma
• 5+ years experience in clinical logistics, GMP distribution, or biologics shipping
• Knowledge of global trade compliance and customs processes
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Independent and team-oriented
• Creative and eager to take on responsibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
