Buyer

Create and manage POs for materials, packaging, programs, and contract manufacturing in Anvyl/Sage and NetSuite. Send POs to suppliers; confirm terms; update quantities, pricing, and delivery dates. Collaborate with planning and production to adjust purchasing based on inventory. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues. Maintain pricing and supplier data; support alternate sourcing options. Build strong supplier relationships and proactive communication. 3+ years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain. Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred. Experience executing POs and working with suppliers. Strong organizational and communication skills. Interest in health and wellness, personal care, or ecommerce. Experience in consumer products strongly preferred. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with urgency.
