Sell with a consultative, solution-based approach for high-value products. Ensure seamless transition of new accounts to account management teams. Build pipelines, research decision-makers, and close new business. Bachelor’s degree required. 5-8+ years in strategic business development with closing experience. Extensive prospecting experience and BD success. Self-starter with curiosity; ability to sell complex solutions. Strong project and time management; CRM familiarity (Salesforce or similar).
