Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components. EPA 608 certification (required). Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Hourly Rate: Up to $42/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
