Boiler & Chiller Technician

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and heat pumps. Maintain and inspect systems for optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues. Replace/repair motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats. Read wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and team. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred. 4+ years of experience as a Commercial or Industrial HVAC Technician. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components. EPA 608 certification (required). Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Hourly Rate: Up to $42/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
