As a Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the US benefits strategy encompassing health, retirement, time off, and wellness. You will lead vendor and broker relationships, manage renewals, design benefit programs, and address any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be in charge of end-to-end open enrollment processes, including planning, setup, and audits. This role also involves driving domestic benefits strategy, including upcoming renewals and decisions regarding self-funded versus insured plans. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in designing and launching international benefits programs in new markets in collaboration with Deel. Your responsibilities will also include reporting, analytics, and tracking utilization to guide enhancements for a comprehensive benefits package.
