Administer benefits across 15+ vendors (medical, dental, vision, retirement). Manage US and international new hire enrollments, incl. global entities. Support compliance efforts (5500 filings, audits, notices). Lead renewals, vendor implementations, and Open Enrollment for US employees. Oversee end-to-end leave administration globally (FMLA, parental, international). Reconcile payroll deductions and benefits enrollment; assist with inquiries. 4+ years of benefits administration experience. Experience managing complex leave programs (multi-state/international). Strong knowledge of US benefits compliance (FMLA, ERISA, ACA). Experience with Workday. Ability to reconcile payroll deductions, invoices, and benefits enrollment. Strong attention to detail and decision-making. Flexible to work from home or global office hubs. Live within commuting distance of NY, LA, SF, or Seattle hubs. Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
