The team consists of 15 engineers focused on driving product innovation and maintaining scalable, efficient backend systems.About the Role:We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to take the lead on medium to large-scale projects. The ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives from conception to deployment.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain backend services for revenue-generating products.Lead medium to large-scale initiatives, ensuring efficient execution and scalability.Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend engineers, to develop and enhance features.Optimize system performance, reliability, and security.Contribute to best practices and code quality standards.Qualifications:5-7 years of backend engineering experience.Strong technical skills with a focus on backend development.Proficiency in Go and Python.Ability to work independently with minimal guidance—no hand-holding.Experience with payments or other monetizable projects is a huge plus.Bonus Points:Prior experience working on revenue-generating or payment-related projects.Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems.#LI-CL1
