Preferred experience as an ASM or in a similar management role. At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in luxury products. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to inspire team growth. A dynamic, articulate, and approachable personality with strong communication abilities. Passion for high-quality products and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team effectively.
