Design, develop, and validate automated high-throughput NGS assays in a CLIA lab Troubleshoot production issues; root cause analysis on automation and assay failures Independently design and execute moderate to high complexity experiments Collaborate with assay development on specifications for production assays Ensure methods meet CLIA/QC quality standards Coordinate across multiple internal groups to ensure timely project execution BA/BS with 6 years or MS with 3 years in assay development and automation for genomics Proven development and validation of automated CLIA protocols Strong understanding of nucleic acid extraction, PCR, NGS library prep, and hybrid capture Experience implementing high-throughput automated assays using liquid handler robots Data analysis (JMP); Python or R a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills; cross-functional collaboration Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability Fertility care benefits and free testing for employees and immediate families 401k and commuter benefits; generous employee referral program Career growth and development opportunities
