Associate Producer (Motion-Based Games)

Support end-to-end development of motion-based games from concept to launch. Coordinate deliverables with design, engineering, art, QA, and external partners. Maintain production schedules and milestone tracking. Synthesize player feedback into actionable improvements. Ensure experiences are intuitive for a wide age range. Foster clear communication across stakeholders. 3+ years in game production or project management. Experience on shipped mobile/console/interactive titles. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiar with Agile/Scrum workflows. Experience with GitHub, Notion, Asana, or equivalents.
