Associate Director, Medical Affairs

The Associate Director, Sr. Field Medical Director will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging external experts and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to advance clinical practice and patient outcomes. This position involves building partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for scientific exchange and serving as a scientific resource for patient identification and care pathways. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration on medical affairs tactics and participation in advisory boards and medical education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD/DO/PharmD/PhD).
• 2+ years in Medical Affairs.
• MSL experience; experience in rare disease is a plus.
• Background in endocrinology, nephrology, or genetics.
• Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% while complying with internal policies.
