T5 Data Centers is seeking a Director of Analytics Development to drive business performance insights through the development and implementation of a company-wide analytics strategy. This role involves establishing key metrics, creating integrated reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align reporting with business needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a company-wide analytics strategy
Establish key metrics and reporting frameworks
Ensure data integrity and create integrated reports and dashboards

Identify risks and trends early to provide proactive insights

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science, or related field
10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy
Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and financial/operational reporting
Strong knowledge of business performance metrics and financial analysis
Industry experience in construction, operations, or similar fields is a plus
