Advanced Manufacturing Manager

Define and execute long-term Advanced Manufacturing & Automation strategy. Establish multi-year factory automation roadmaps. Partner with executives to identify investments in automation. Drive world-class OEE, yield, and reliability benchmarks. Interface with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Quality. Lead capital planning and vendor strategy for automation programs. 15+ years in Manufacturing Eng. and Automation; 5+ years leading cross-functional teams. Proven experience scaling automated manufacturing systems. Deep expertise in factory automation, process engineering, and precision assembly. Experience with ceramics, CNC machining, spray applications, inkjet printing. Experience with plastics, 3D printing, thermoforming, injection molding. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering; MBA or strategic experience a plus. Shape the strategy and systems for Dandy’s global manufacturing network.
