As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Services Functional Consultant, you will leverage Microsoft Dynamics D365 to drive efficiency and standardize practices across the organization. As the primary resource, this role will involve working closely with stakeholders to manage system setup, data integrity, user access, and process optimization, ensuring that the platform aligns with business goals and enhances user productivity.
You will be able to:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Configure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service application.
Set up and optimize resources, scheduling, and service agreements.
Manage work orders, incident types, and bookings for seamless operations.
Configure customer assets and integrate them into the service lifecycle.
Optimize resources by matching skills, locations, and availability.
Equip frontline workers with tools and information for delivering exceptional service.
Build a service history of customer assets.
Manage field service mobility.
Oversee inventory and purchasing within the system.
Ensure system performance, stability, and availability.
Monitor system integrations and perform regular health checks.
Stay current on D365 features, industry trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
What will help you succeed in this role:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ Years of experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
3+ Years of experience working with resource scheduling and work order management.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, focusing strongly on Field Services systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics Field Services.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate certification.
Experience integrating D365 with other enterprise applications.
Familiarity with system performance monitoring and optimizations.
Experience in Power Platform applications development.
Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
