Job descriptionWe’re building an AI Development shop and we need an experienced developer to both work on the project and act as a client-facing “concierge” that can help push projects along, help with deployments, debug and improve the AI agents that build the software.Requirements:7+ years of experienceExperience of the frontend and backend (e.g. Full Stack)Python and JavaScript expertUnderstanding of the full Software Development LifecycleSoftware architecture experienceKnowledge and experience with LLMsExcellent People SkillsExcellent EnglishPATIENCE & EMPATHYLocation:- I don't care where you live or work but you have to be able to service clients in EST/PST US. But you're a go-getter who will work whatever hours necessary to make this a success.Bonus if you have:Consulting experienceWilling to learn more programming languagesPrevious experience as a Product Owner, or Project ManagerThis is a long-term, full-time role for someone who is especially passionate about this project.  You’ll be client facing and will have significant influence over the roadmap and commercialization of the project.  You’ll be a great fit if you’re incredibly driven, work hard, willing to put in long hours and are passionate about helping us bring this first-of-its kind solution to market.  People obsessed with counting/billing hours need not apply.You’ll work directly with the CEO and head architect/developer.  You’ll be only the second full time resource to be added to the team so it’s a great opportunity to move quickly, ship amazing products and live on the very cutting edge of AI tech.Compensation will be a flat monthly retainer with bonuses paid out upon milestone completion + potential ownership package.  We’ll design the comp package to meet your needs.also ... you're going to apply via Braintrust AIR (AI Recruiter) which involves a live call with our AI Recruiter.
