The Senior Corporate Counsel position at Clipboard Health is seeking a solutions-oriented attorney with deep corporate and commercial experience. The ideal candidate will excel at reviewing and revising commercial agreements, building systems to improve contracting and other legal processes, and have expertise in data privacy and cyber security. They will collaborate closely with the sales organization to negotiate and close deals, develop training exercises, and expand and maintain agreement templates. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also be responsible for providing practical advice on transactional data privacy and cyber security matters, performing corporate governance functions, and providing product counseling and risk assessments. Successful candidates will have a JD from an ABA accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar, as well as 7+ years of relevant experience at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department in the U.S. The salary range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000 per year.
