Job Overview

As a Staff Designer, you will operate at a system level, shaping experiences across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. You will partner with engineering and product leaders to define direction and frameworks, lead complex initiatives from discovery to delivery, and translate research and business context into scalable patterns. This role also involves mentoring designers, raising quality, clarity, and usability, and working fully remote with teams across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities
  • Operating at a system level to shape experiences across different platforms.
  • Partnering with engineering and product leaders to define direction and frameworks.
  • Leading complex initiatives from discovery to delivery.
  • Translating research and business context into scalable patterns.
  • Mentoring designers to raise quality, clarity, and usability.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in UX/UI design leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Experience building and evolving scalable design systems.
  • Strong systems thinking linking journeys, architecture, and interfaces.
  • Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Portfolio showing leadership across shipped work and impact.
